SCHEDULING PROCESS WE'VE PERFECTED THE SYSTEM, TO YIELD A FAST TURN AROUND FROM SCHEDULE TO COMPLETION. NOTES RELATED TO ESTIMATES AND LAWN ASSESSMENTS We schedule Lawn estimates through text and address lookups. We suggest that you have and necessary preparation (like marking hidden items, irrigation, or underground items) prior to the scheduled date for your appointment. We know you're busy and don't have time to wait around for the "lawn guy." You do not need to be home during this appointment. We can accept payments at the time of service by Venmo, Cash, Checks, and credit card if you're not there in person please let us know where to pick up the payment. IMPORTANT DETAILS RELATED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT BE SURE TO READ THE DETAILED NOTES RELATED TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL LOOK SIMILAR TO THIS. Note* We collect upon completion forms of payment accepted Cash, and Checks. Note* We will complete the project sometime during the " Service Date" listed. The date and price are based on the information that we received from you if there needs to be changed to the price due to inaccurate information submitted (like turf sqft) then we will let you know when our technician arrives. - Because of our demanding schedule, we cannot give an exact time when we will arrive. -The process of lawn aeration is highly dependent on the softness of the soil. If it has been dry, we recommend watering your lawn the day before you are. This will ensure the best possible results. Note* If you have any buried items that we should be aware of (electric fencing, underground dog fence, sprinkler system, landscape lighting, shallow cables, etc.) we expect them to be marked before our arrival. If you have indicated that there is a buried obstruction, we expect it to be marked with paint, flags, or a suitable item. The service will not be performed if you have indicated a buried obstruction and it is not marked. Note* If you have not indicated a buried item or other obstruction on your order, we will complete the service as scheduled. However, we will not take responsibility for damages to any obstruction not clearly marked. Note* If we are unable to complete the service due to lack of payment at the time of service, locked gates, outside pets, or unmarked obstructions we will assess a $25 "trip charge."
