Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations

Same-day cancellations or repeated missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
First Due Aeration & Lawn Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lawn services performed.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

We've perfected the system to ensure a quick turnaround from scheduling to completion.
Notes on Estimates and Lawn Assessments
We schedule lawn estimates via text and lookups. Please have necessary preparations like marking hidden items, irrigation, or underground utilities before your appointment.
We understand you're busy and don't want to wait for the "lawn guy." You don't need to be home during the appointment. Payments can be accepted at the time of service through Venmo, cash, checks, or credit card. If you're not there, please let us know where to pick up the payment.
Important Details About Your Appointment
Be sure to read the detailed notes related to your scheduled appointment; they will look similar to this.
Note* We accept cash and checks as payment upon completion.
Note* We will complete the project sometime during the "Service Date" listed. The date and price are based on the information we received from you. If there’s a need to change the price due to inaccurate details (like turf sqft), we will inform you when our technician arrives.
- Due to our busy schedule, we cannot give an exact arrival time.
- The lawn aeration process depends heavily on soil softness. If it’s dry, we recommend watering your lawn the day before to achieve the best results.
Note* If you have any buried items such as electric fencing, underground dog fences, sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, shallow cables, etc., we expect them to be marked before our arrival. If you’ve indicated a buried obstruction, it should be marked with paint, flags, or a suitable marker. The service will not be performed if the obstruction is not marked.
Note* If you haven't indicated a buried item or obstruction on your order, we will proceed as scheduled. However, we are not responsible for damage to any unmarked obstructions.
Note* If we cannot complete the service due to lack of payment, locked gates, outside pets, or unmarked obstructions, a $25 "trip charge" will be assessed.
